Causeway Consulting Executive Search and Selection offers a professional international service using both our own offices and proven affiliates. In the Greater China region we cover the recruitment of senior management and executives including both expatriates, and Hong Kong, Taiwanese and PRC nationals. We cover projects requiring staff of all levels and skills from directors to technicians. As a part of our services we will advise on salary packages for specific professions, markets and geographic areas.

John Twist, Director

Experience

John has more than 25 years experience as both a consultant in, and director of recruitment and executive search companies, 20 years of which has been spent in Hong Kong and China. He has opened executive search offices in mainland China and has completed high-level assignments and recruitment projects in Hong Kong and the majority of the major mainland cities. Originally educated as an engineer (BSc Mech Eng) John turned to recruitment and executive search after completing a seven year project building power and water distillation stations in the Middle-East.

Audrey Ho, Managing Consultant

Experience

Audrey has over fifteen years of senior recruitment experience as both a consultant and a manager (ten consultants reporting) within major recruitment companies in Hong Kong. She helped manage the operations of a Thai office when the local manager was absent. During this time she trained and developed the local staff and developed the company's business. In addition to her experience as a recruitment consultant Audrey has worked in the role of HR manager for one of Hong Kong most prestigious family companies here she was responsible for: staff recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, staff training and coaching, and general office administration.

Audrey’s recruiting experience has been in the areas of; banking and finance (top and second level commercial and investment banks, financial institutions and securities brokerage firms), fast moving consumer goods, semi-government bodies, entertainment and theme parks, and garment trading and manufacturing. She has covered all major disciplines within these sectors for both international and local companies in addition to semi government bodies.

During the last year Audrey has worked within a newly formed executive search consultancy in the roles of consultant manager and business development manager.

Mark Bradley, Technology Consultant

Experience

Mark has over thirty years experience working with IT and Telecoms companies managing technical teams. Mark’s work history includes ITT, Reuters and Ericsson as well as smaller technology companies involved in software and solutions development. His responsibilities included hiring and building development, project and support teams in USA, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China. He has been based in Asia-Pacific for the past twenty years working with multi-national companies as well as local companies.
