A major international event management group with Head Offices in Hong Kong and a major presence in the region wishes to recruit a senior HR Manager/Director to be responsible for Greater China.
Applicants will preferably have the following experience and qualifications
A minimum of ten years senior HR experience working in China for a major international company with at least 1200 employees employed in the region. A degree at a major university, preferably in Europe or the US. Ideally experience in working for an international company in a senior position in either Europe or the US before returning to the region. Excellent communications skills in English and Mandarin, Cantonese a additional plus.
All aspects of HR both "hands on and strategic for several offices located in all the major regional cities. The position will report along side the International HR Director to the President of the company who is based in Hong Kong.
Applicants with shorter experience either overseas or in the region can apply for the Management position.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and seniority.
